Answer: Yes. We are mainly manufacturer, but selling our products online and supplying some local pet shops/groomers as well. All products that are posted on our web site are made in our workshop by us. We do not sell any other products but ours and all our suppliers are in USA.

Please note, in order to inform you regarding your order(s), we might keep your email address for a while. Your email contact information will never be sold, traded or shared with any individual, company or marketing firm.
Answer: We accept any major credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER etc) or e Check payments. They could be made only on line, via Pay Pal. All payments should be completed in full prior to the order processing. Other payments are Money Gram or Money Order. They could be sent to our address from page CONTACT US. Personal checks or phone call payments could not be accepted.
Answer: Our Company is located in Texas and therefore we do collect TX sales tax on all Orders from Texas.
Answer: There are several shipping options to choose from: USPS (mainly), UPS and FedEx for domestic shipping only. Costs are always based on order weight, size, and distance and are bound by the rules of each carrier.
USPS is mainly used due to several mailing options (First class, Priority mail and express next day), speedy delivery and acceptable charges.
Single and smaller quantity orders are usually processed and shipped in 24 hours, if payment and all instruction are received in full. Only during the holiday season, you should contact us at email@example.com to check processing and shipping time.
Unless there is a manufacturer’s defect/mistake or an error on our behalf, shipping costs are NOT refundable.
Answer: We ship everywhere in US and worldwide. Our provider is USPS and you can process your order trough our shopping cart, which will accept credit cards from most countries and trough Pay Pal.
Most International shipments are shipped using USPS First class or Priority Standard International Air mail, which delivers within 6-10 business days.

Any customs, tariffs or entry fees required by the receiving country is the responsibility of the customer and is not included within purchase and shipping cost.
Answer: Some products could be exchanged, such as designer leather collars & leads, designer bracelets and products that are not personalized. If there is some error or defect with your order, please contact us within a week at email@example.com
If exchange is approved, items have to be returned in new condition. Please note that customized /personalized items are purchased with an “NO RETURN”, unless there is mistake on our behalf. We cannot accept returned items without your prior contact and our approval.
Answer: Always supervise your pet whenever they wear new accessory. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage that might result. We cannot predict your pet’s life behavior, environment and any liability for consequential and incidental damages are expressly disclaimed.
Answer: The answer is NO. This is stated very clearly on our web site in the shipping and return policies. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
Answer: Yes. We do supply some local pet shops and grooming places and you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for wholesale prices and quantities.
Answer: If order is completed in full, meaning payment and all requested instruction, single and small quantity orders are processed and shipped in 24 hours. Delivery time (if via USPS) is usually between 3-5 business days. The only exception is around holidays, so you might want to contact us at email@example.com prior to the placing your order.
Answer: No, Definitely not. There are clear instruction posted for each product measurement or some might have size chart in the description.
Answer: We are happy to offer variety of collar lines and styles for large size dogs. These collars are made to hold any large dog and therefore they have to be more thick and sturdy, yet comfortable around dog’s neck. If you like more narrow collars or 1” wide (LARGE) collars will be great match. Otherwise, for more fur or thicker necks you can choose 1.5” wide (XL) collars. For very large breeds, we offer 2” wide (XXL) personalized or customized leather dog collars.
Answer: Depends of how small is your pet, we offer two different collar sizes in different styles as well. For toy dogs or tea cups, there are ½” wide (XS) leather collars, while small size dogs would fit better in 5/8” wide collars.
